Data Ingestion, Anonymization, & Indexing

The platform supports the creation and training of AI models against sensitive data, simplifies the process of ingesting, anonymizing and indexing large amounts of data from multiple sources, and facilitates the sharing of de-identified data for multi-center AI/ML model development and data collaboration. Starting with the clean data eliminates the data hallucination issues that have plagued other models.

Cohort Builder & Study Explorer

HOPPR provides a proprietary search tool that allows untrained users to search by several stratifications to build the exact cohort needed for analysis. This tool uses several open-source and proprietary tools and ontologies that add a layer of sophistication specific to medical imaging.
