Keith Corbin is a seasoned financial executive with over 30 years of experience driving financial strategy and operations across diverse industries. With more than two decades as CFO for venture-backed companies, he has a proven ability to develop organizational vision, optimize financial performance, and navigate complex business landscapes.

Keith’s expertise includes financial reporting for both public and private companies, strategic financial planning, fundraising, cash management, and M&A—having successfully led over 15 transactions. He is highly skilled in investor relations, business relationship management, and building scalable financial infrastructures. His domain experience spans software (SaaS), fintech, manufacturing, medical devices, venture capital, and financial services.
Throughout his career, Keith has held leadership roles at Deloitte, Adecco, American Can, Hall Kinion, and Escalon Consulting, where he played a key role in driving financial growth and operational efficiency. He holds a BBA from the City University of New York, has pursued continuous MBA coursework at Wharton Business School, and is a CPA licensed in the state of New York.
